Larry R. Standish, VP and COO of Manchester CS, has named Gerald Archambault as the company’s Head of Operations.
Archambault has amassed over three decades of experience with communications cable installation, and implementation of all network infrastructure since joining Manchester CS (at the time Manchester Cable Installation, Inc.) as a cable installer back in 1988. Over the years he moved up, continually taking on more responsibility and supervisory roles.
As Head of Operations, Archambault will be responsible for collaborating with the VP/COO to formulate strategy, ensure regulatory compliance and oversee the day-to-day operational activities of the company. This includes the delegation of jobs and their required manpower to ensure proper execution and timeliness of that work. He will also execute the creation and submission of bids to prospective jobs with reasonable quotes in order to keep and expand the company’s clientele.
